HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Processing starts 48 after placing an order. Processing takes 3-5 days depending on order size. Holidays does not include processing days. Processing days are only business days( Monday-Friday).
Custom Orders?
Custom orders take longer to ship. Please allow 5-14 days of
processing for large order and 5-7 for normal custom orders. Keep this in mind before checking out.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, we don't, all sales are final. After, an order is shipped it is out of our control and if you experience damaged or lost packages it is because of mishandling of mail carrier. We make it our priority to package and handle with care before handing over to the post office.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a tracking number through your email and if you do not see it in your emails check your spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking number properly contact us and we will handle it from there.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS WENT THROUGH?
You will receive a confirmation email including your purchase details and your order number. Be sure to screenshot the email just in case anything happens. If you do not receive a confirmation email and you claim to have purchased with me, we will need to see proof of transactions and statements then we can go further with your order or to verify your information and details.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT IS A PRE-ORDER?
It could mean:
- the product is still in the vendor possession
- the package could still be in possession of the mail carrier
- item(s) is not on hand and waiting for shipment
