Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL
If an item is damaged, you have 72 hours from your delivered date to contact us along with pictures. If you'd like the item(s) resent. We will have to receive the item(s) back first, before we resend a replacement. You will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label to send it back to us. This applies unused, unworn and unwashed items.
The only exception to exchanges for all other products are:
Errors on our end
Sent the wrong color that wasn’t listed in the description or shown in the picture. (colors will vary per device)
Misspelling of name or wording
Size
Incorrect number of items
Email us to see if your issue qualifies.
This only applies if it is different from your invoice/email. If items are not specified in the NOTES SECTION then we are not at fault.
