SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY  

Processing for most items are 3-5 working business days.

Processing for CUSTOM ORDERS are 5-14 working business days as time frame and order volume may differ from customer to customer.

Before reaching out to us, make sure your processing window has passed. When sales, launches, restocks & holidays arise please allow additional time for your order to process. 

Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Shall a working day fall on a holiday for POP DIFFERENT, we will start back up the next business day.

Shipping starts once you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and not while it is being processed.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original method of payment.


When the shipping address is different from BILLING ADDRESSES it is your responsibility to stay up to date with tracking information. We will contact you by email to verify information. If no contact is made in return, we will refund your money and cancel your order.


Please remember to list your APARTMENT # during checkout.

If you failed to do so and your order is shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again. If you notice a fault of your own please email us asap for us to correct it. Once your label is created we can longer fix it. You will have the option of a refund for the item(s) purchased minus the shipping cost or pay for a new shipping label. Again, if your package is sent back to us we will not refund for the shipping cost & subject to a re-shipping fee if you choose to do so. 


Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package (lost, theft,damage). If there are any damages to the packaging or product upon delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or  concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777) or to file a claim.


If any other issues with your order: color, size, spelling error ect to your items , please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [email protected] with your name, order number, photos and the reason. As we double check our proucts for quality and accuracy before packing and shipping.


Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. Most orders shipping time is 3-5 business days.We make every effort to get orders out within 1-3 business days with the exception of custom orders they take longer to make and process. We ship out orders on Monday's, Wednesday’s and Friday’s, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.  Allow up to 24-48 hours for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email.
